Great followup to Borderlands, with a much tighter story. The GOTY edition adds hours and hours to an already lengthy game, and at this price is an absolute steal. All the extra content is on a second disc, that you can install onto your PS3 at any point while playing.
More of the same from the original Borderlands game. Great value at this price with all of the downloadable content included on the additional disc. Can be played on your own but the game is vastly improved when playing with a friend. Player dialogue is pretty funny and there are many hours of play
Excellent game, it is both incredibly fun and very original and if you have people to play it with then it is one of the best cooperative games out there. With the extra 2 character classes and the additional DLC that comes with the Game of the Year edition you will get hours of extra content out of it, and at the ridiculously cheap price that you can get it for from NZGameshop there is no reason to not buy it as it costs less then the DLC included would alone.
I rate this game in my top 10 ps3 games. The thing i loved about it the most was the art style specialy during massive gun battles it is sadistically satisfying. If icould compare it to any other game id say its a bit of a fallout lootfest and the amount of dlc on this copy is definately worth the price tag because the psn price is rediculus
Awesome! I've been eagerly awaiting the GOTY version with everything in one package for Borderlands 2, and NZ Gameshop delivers in spades! Brilliant pricing as always too, there's a reason I keep coming back. I played Borderlands 2 for the first time with a friend, after being a big fan of the original IP. I can quite happily say that I enjoyed this as much if not more than the first, only having played an hour or two. I think I will wait until after Christmas to buy this for myself, but it is definitely going on my wishlist. Perhaps Santa will be kind this year :)
