DmC Devil May Cry Definitive Edition will include the full game, remastered in 1080p resolution and moving at a super silky 60fps. Also part of the bundle will be all the available DLC, including costume and weapons packs, the Bloody Palace survival mode and campaign add-on, Vergil's Downfall. Bonus character Vergil will also be playable in the Bloody Palace.
The Definitive Edition will also feature “brand new modes and additional gameplay features”. Those will include something called Gods Must Die, Must Style Mode, Turbo Mode and a new Hardcore Mode. The game will also feature a manual combat lock-on.

Well the combat in this game is certainly the best of any of the other Devil may cry games. You can pull off some insane and awesome looking combos if you 're dedicated and willing to put in the practice. The story and characters however are a big weak point of this game. The bosses are very easily forgettable as well but the regular enemies and level design are pretty cool. The variety of modes also gives this game a good chunk of replay value. Overall a great game. If you just skipped through all the cutscenes then you're pretty much just left with only the good stuff.

If you missed out on DmC on previous generation consoles, then it is certainly worth considering picking up this definitive edition. Sadly, the game drew far too much negative controversy upon its original release due to design choices made by developer Ninja Theory, mostly to do with the appearance of series mainstay Dante.
Fantastic visuals, blood pumping music and the trademark stylish action gameplay make DmC a worthy addition to your library of games.
