When this game released it was during my exam study period and I shouldn't have played it but the hype got to me and boy did it live up to it, the first time I played it I couldn't put the controller down for hours, the world is ugly but beautiful at the same time and I love it

I really really really needed to study for school work but I could not stop playing Fallout 4. I won't write about how great this game is because it really is but instead warn everyone about the bugs, the horrible horrible bugs. Bugs in this game include quests not starting or finishing, characters getting stuck, things not spawning and unfortunately hard crashes. The game is great however it may be a struggle trying to beat it

Based on the last games alone this game should be easily game of the year, the sheer scale of the open world as well as the freedom of choices makes fallout games in a class of there own! definitely a game for the Christmas list and would highly recommend to anyone.

Yeah I preordered this the day it was announced... Fallout 3 and New Vegas were excellent (I hear the older games are too, they were before my time though). The improvement of Skyrim over Oblivion was quite a big step up in some ways and I am expecting the same for FO4 versus FO3. I bought a PS4 for this game too.

This might possibly be game of the year among other contenders namely the witcher 3. It is nice to see they finally perfected the problems which plagued the last two games, combat seems smoothed out, framerate stable, graphics a huge upgrade, character models actually look human instead of the god aweful engine they used for oblivion, doesn't seem buggy either.
We've had alot of disappointments for this gen but bethesda has always had a decent track record, they have never deceived us, what you see is what you get. Pre ordered it ages ago, no regrets whatsoever.
