I got this game at Christmas and have found it's pretty awesome to have in the gaming collection. Having the drawing pad now allows you to purchase other games in the uDraw collection which are pretty awesome (but we'll save that for another review).

Now, before you say "I'm more into shooting or racing games, not something like this", hear me out! My favourite games include Call of Duty titles and the occasional jam at Guitar Hero, but this game allows you to sit down, chill out and have some 'free play'. The achievements are also super easy to get, so if achievement hunting is your thing, then this will suit you too. Game modes include: paint by numbers, dot to dot, free play, art tutorials, art camps and a couple of games including splatting aliens with paint, and the classic painting by rolling marbles around.

Back to the tablet itself. Now that you have this you can play other uDraw games. I personally have: Pictionary and Marvel Super Squad which I picked up in a sale. You play the whole game with only the touch pad and it's built in buttons, which allows for a different game play then your general controller or kinect type game-play.

I give the game and tablet an honest 3.5 stars, because whilst I have had enjoyment from owning it (as have others i.e. friends/family) the art studio itself gets a little boring after awhile.

Still, at the cheap price NZ gameshop has it at, I'd definitely recommend grabbing it.
