Easily one of the best games to come out of the 360/PS3 console generation. I am a fan of the original game, but Dead Space 2 surpasses it in nearly every way. It feels more polished, there is more level and enemy variation, the character progression system is deeper. Just a fantastic game.

Probably one of the best campaigns i have played in years.
An excellent mixture of FPS and strategy.
Some parts of the campaign were absolutely terrifying.
I completed the game on the hardest difficulty - you only get three saves the entire game - very challenging but a hell of a lot of fun.
The multiplayer is fantastic as well, the only complaint i would have is that there were not many maps for MP.
But still one of the best.

Defiantly a great game and a must for people looking into the survival horror series. One of the scariest games I ever played and have no complaints about it apart from that the campaign seems a bit short and I personally thought the first one was scarier. If you've played the first one, then this is a must. There is also multiplayer in this but It's real hard trying to find a game with people because to be honest multiplayer isn't that great. It's fun for a little bit isn't something that will hook you. Single player is where the game matters anyway. A must for anyone looking for a scary game
